How do I confirm my reservation/booking?

To confirm your reservation simply reply in writing to our email offer. You will then receive a confirmation letter requesting a deposit of 30%.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations will be processed according to the recommendations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations: The accommodation contract can be cancelled in writing free of charge up to three months before the agreed check-in date. For cancellations up to one month before arrival, a fee of 40% of the total lprice will be charged. Up to one week before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations during the final week before arrival or early departure, a fee of 90% of the price will be charged. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (email).

 

Are Dogs allowed?

​Dogs (or pets) are not accepted/allowed!

When can we check-in and when do we have to check-out?

Check-In: Your appartements will be ready for you at 2pm. If you intend on arriving later than 6pm please let us know and we can arrange a meeting time.

Check-Out: Check-Out time is 10am. We attach importance on excellent cleaning, this takes time so we kindly request respecting these times.

 

​What is in the kitchen?

Your kitchen is fully equipped with stove, freezer, Nespresso coffeemaker or filter coffee machine, electric kettle, pans and pots, etc. Should you have any special requirement not listed please let un know!

What about spices, paper towel and toilet paper?

Some Nespresso coffee capsules, salt, pepper and sugar are also included. Toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing liquid and  dish washing cloths are also part of the equipment.

 

Could we get extra bedlinen or pillows?

Towel and bedlinen exchange on enquiry possible! Extra cleaning during the first week you will be charged Euro 10.-- per linen set.

 

Will my apartment be cleaned every day?

No, generally our guests enjoy the fact that they do not have to leave the apartments because of cleaners. The final cleaning is compulsory but if you want your apartment cleaned during your stay it is no problem. You will be charged according to how much you want cleaned and how long the cleaners take.

 

Do you provide cots?

Yes! Please inform us before you arrive if you require cots or high chairs. These are free of charge.

 

How far away is the next supermarket?

Our "HABERLHOF" is situated 1,5 kms for the centre of the village where you will find a supermarket carrying almost everything you need. This supermarket is reachable within 25 minutes of walking or 5 minutes by car. Please note that all shops (apart from sport shops and bakery) are closed on Sundays.

 

How far away is the next ski resort?

Ski-in/Ski-out. The HABERLHOF is situated directly on the ski slope of a ski resort called "Hauser Kaibling". A relaxed ski resort, great for those looking for perfectly prepared ski slopes and some exciting powder runs. Click on the link below to check out the ski slopes.

 

Extra people - It says the HABERLHOF is for ten people, can 11 or 12 people come it they bring their own bed?

No sorry! If there are too many people staying in the apartments we cannot guarantee the relaxation and holiday we would like to provide you with. The given numbers apply for each apartment and include babies!

 

Can we smoke inside the apartment?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Outside on balconies there are astrays!

 

Do I need snow chains and Winter tyres?

The roads are generally very well cleaned and the use of snow chains is very rare. However we do redommend keeping chains in your car just in case. The Austria low requires the use of Winter tyres from the 1st November to 15th April.

Parking

You can park your car direktly in front of the haberlhof. There is enough parking space available.

Access to the HABERLHOF

The position of our house will require that you cross the slope. That is guaranteed because the street is under-tunneld. Therefore a constant accesss on the well cleared road is always possible.
